How do I choose the right size?

The dimensions in the size chart of the product I'm selling are the actual cross-section size of the clothes. All Measurements are taken with clothes lying flat(For the circumference size, just double the size chart size).

Put the clothes you have that fits you well on the floor and measure the size. And compare it with the size chart of the clothes. It is usually easier and more accurate to compare the size of the clothes you have than to measure your body size yourself.

Shipping Time

Items typically take 3-5 days to prepare for shipping. Standard shipping to the U.S. takes approximately 2 weeks, while express shipping takes around 1 week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
For made-to-order items, please note that additional time may be required for preparation. If you need expedited shipping, feel free to contact us for assistance.

International shipping may experience delays due to local circumstances, and the time spent in customs clearance is not included in the estimated shipping time.

Return/exchange policy

You must request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your package. After receiving the return/exchange instructions, you must either complete the return within 30 days or initiate the return shipment within 7 days.(After sending the product, please send me detailed shipping information; tracking number, shipping company.)


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@studio731.shop or through the "Message us" option. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*In case of a full refund, payment transaction fees (such as PayPal fees) are excluded from the refund. These fees are charged by the payment processor, and I have no involvement in them. Therefore, no refunds for these fees will be issued to me.

 

Shipping Costs

Except in cases where the item is defective, I will only refund the price of the item. For items with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, the shipping cost for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

⭐ In the EU, double taxation may sometimes occur. To prevent this, we do not charge additional taxes at the time of purchase, even for items under €150. Instead, you will pay any applicable duties directly when receiving your package.
